We had the pleasure to work with Dave Easton for over a year. We lost out on a few bids we made, but Dave was always so encourging and ready to start our hunt for a home for our daughter every time. He was always willing to presue different avenues when we changed direction. He is like family to us now. I would recommend him to everyone. Very personable and easy to work with. Worked with us every step of the way and made the home buying process enjoyable and very satisfied with our end result. Despite the somewhat difficult negotiation process with our sellers Dave was very diligent in getting us the major improvements for the house we wanted and his advice and coaching for the inspection process ended up saving us a ton of money because the sewer scope revealed damaged sewer lines which the seller had to replace not us. We love our house and plan on using Dave for any future real estate needs down the road!
